My old hosting service was having problems with their stats-keeping, so I decided to take my business to Network Solutions. They let me sign up, they took my money (via PayPal, which also sent a confirmation that the payment went through), and I changed my name servers to point to theirs. After a few hours, I checked to see if my site was now on their servers, and via ping and http, it was. Roughly 24 hours later, I got this email from them: ======== net sol email ============ Dear Network Solutions® Customer, We were unable to complete your order with the information you provided. Your order was cancelled and a refund processed on the credit card provided. To proceed with a new order, please contact us and provide the following information: Name: Billing address: Zip Code: Email Address: Telephone Number: Account Number: Product Description: You may reach us by email at: riskmanagement@networksolutions.com. We hope this update has been helpful. As a Network Solutions® Customer, you are entitled to unlimited access, day or night, to technically skilled Consultants who are dedicated to delivering any level of support you may need.
